Roger Clemens name in Mitchell steroid report

I dunno...who is getting hurt by a player's use of steroids or HGH? Only the player, right? If he wants to f-up his own body and shorten his lifespan, that's up to him.

(case in point...relief pitcher Steve Howe...he was GREAT when he was snorting lines wider than the left field foul line, but once they made him quit, he sucked)

I think it's a fallacy that steroids "make home run hitters"...if a guy doesn't have hand-eye coordination it doesn't matter WHAT he takes (even 1000 units of beta-carotene per day), he's not going to hit the ball.

And, whose to say that the pitcher the steroid-using batter is facing isn't using as well? It's a wash. No harm, no foul.

Let's just let 'em play ball and worry about more important things...like what-the-eff we're doing in Iraq; and why the eff we're there. And, why we haven't impeached the crooked SOBs in office.
