your favorite music as a kid

My musical upbringing was somewhat interesting. The first five years of my life, when I still lived with my mother, I was forced to listen to various soundtracks such as Grease, Saturday Night Fever and Fame. Then I moved in with my dad and I got exposed to music that I still listen to, Fleetwood Mac, The Beatles, Stones, Simon & Garfunkel, Dylan, etc, etc. A few years after that my mother came into the picture again and the likes of Celine Dion, Ace of Base, Roxette and the Dirty Dancing soundtrack came through the speakers. Then I hit puberty full force and I listened to the Backstreet Boys for a few years (I missed the boat on NKOTB ) until I finally saw the light about ten years ago and entered Fleetwood Mac-Ville.
