She's been ignoring my emails ever since. I know she's back to work - she updated her website in late March and again in April.

I've had to take the rather drastic step of reporting her to an online fraud agency here in Canada and to the Better Business Bureau in the States. I'm in the process of trying locate her myself...no real luck yet.

If she is, as it's been suggested here, swamped with orders, she shouldn't be taking on new ones until she's finished the old ones. I know for a fact that she has been taking on new orders in the last couple of months.

I really wish I'd seen this site before I ordered. I could have saved myself and my family a lot of aggravation.

Sorry to hear of your experience but good for you for following up on it with authorities. It really ticks me off to hear of this happening over and over again.
