You'll damned near be there by next week. I haven't gotten on a scale in three weeks. But I am back on starting monday. Been exercising lots. 38 mile bike last sunday, 3 miles swimmin so far this week. And I have worked my walk/run up to 3.3 miles in about 45 minutes. Done that once this week too. Hopefully I've dropped a pound or two myself.
