Driving

[danax6]

Hm, I'm a fairly good driver, I think. I got my license when I was 21 (hey, you can't get em here until your 18 anyway) and so far I haven't been involved in any accidents or hit anything. I've also never been honked at, or been involved in something that could be considered a WTF moment for other drivers. I usually am the one honking and screaming WTF though. I'm always in a hurry, and other drivers easily irritate me.

That said, I love driving though! I've had a few speeding tickets over the years (about two, but not big ones...all about 3 or 4 miles above the limit) and about 4 or 5 parking tickets. (As I said, I'm always in a hurry and too lazy to find a decent parking spot.)

I usually get a cab when I go out, but there have been times I've gotten behind the wheel under the influence of alcohol (or pot). I was never actually drunk, but tipsy...yup.

But, I will say this: European drivers are better than American drivers. It's true.
