Random Questions/New Hijack Thread

I just tried to retrieve the Hijack thread, but it's locked

How come? Anyhoo, what happened to CNN Headline News? It's BBC News (all the time now). I went to put "Showbiz Tonite" on last nite at 11:00 (it puts me to sleep

) and it was BBC news and still is now. Please explain. Or is it just a Canadian Broadcasting thing?
