Well, as I rounded the corner, in a hurry, never a good thing, I slammed into the side of the air vent full force and it knocked me completely on my ass. Once I got my bearings, my head huet like hell, but then I felt this really warm sensation on the side of my head. Uh-Oh. I put my hand on it, looked at it and it was covered with blood. I applied a towel to it and went to the hospital where the doctor informed me that I had a lovely 2 inch gash on the side of my head! He fixed it up with 4 stitches and I went home. I've been pretty much out of commision for a couple days, but I'm still alive!

damn good thing you are ok, i did something similiar once when i was around 12, i jumped from the last 2 stairs & ran into the same kinda vent & knocked myself clean out, no blood, but i had 1 helluva headache ~
