Ravi Shankar, The Who, Jimi Hendrix, Canned Heat, Paul Butterfield Blues Band, Country Joe & The Fish, Big Brother & The Holding Company (Janis Joplin) and the Grateful Dead played Woodstock & Monterey, but not Altamont

CSNY played Altamont & Woodstock, but they didn't exist as a unit for Monterey...The Byrds (David Crosby) & Buffalo Springfield (Stephen Stills & Neil Young) both played Monterey

Santana also played Altamont & Woodstock, but not Monterey.

That's right, my bad ...they were AT Woodstock and were supposed to perform, but didn't. But, my original answer to the original question is still correct.
