Yuck. Buuuut it sounds like you know what you need to do. You quit the gym though, right? Is it still nice enough to go biking?

I've never had to deal with severe depression, moderate was bitch enough - but if that was bad ...I can't even imagine what you're going through Wish I had some words of wisdom but I don't....
