The Queen starring Helen Mirren

[Nixxxed]

Wait wait wait - Helen Mirren is in this too? I just saw "Elizabeth I" on DVD last week, and at first I thought you were talking about that. So now she's played both Elizabeths...

"Elizabeth I" was great, for those of you who haven't seen it. It picks up where "Elizabeth" (the Cate Blanchett version from the late '90s) left off and follows the queen until her death. Although there is some overlap as the Blanchett version is somewhat condensed. Mirren is great in it - and she won an award a while back. An Emmy maybe? All I remember is her saying on air that she almost fell "ass over tits" while climbing the stairs to accept it.
