Oh, that's nice - you kind of got her started and helped her out. yeah, I can't even do cardio with the TV's, you know how they have TVs? Only music.
In one long bout at the gym I was swimming instead of doing machines, that was fairly boring. No music and all. Just swimming and more swimming for an hour. I had to make up little games in my head. Counting games. Lost weight, though, and of course it was easy on my joints.
How much are you down, now, if you don't mind me asking? If you do mind, then just don't answer.

i do TVs once in a while, if something i regularly watch is on. but they always have the same 5 lame channels on: ABC, CNN, VH1, MTV, and ESPN. i mean, seriously, could i care less? it's gotta be music, though, for the most part. i used to do really up-tempo stuff, but lately i've been doing really laid-back stuff, to kinda balance mind & body and keep my heart rate down.

i lost 15, and then gained 2, which i think is muscle, because i've been doing really well with my diet.
