How did you become interested in baseball?

Since there are several fans here I though I'd ask this question. For me, everyone asks how I can be such a big fan of 2 teams, the Twins and the Red Sox. Well, my dad took me to my first baseball game in 1978 and the Twins were playing the Red Sox. That day Carl Yastrzemski hit 2 home runs and forever became my favorite player ever. Of course being from Minnesota I adore the Twins also. Hard to believe I've followed this great game for almost 30 years!
