my mini-dv camcorder failed..

I have a Samsung scd103 videocam. mini-dv tape format, 2years old.

I played a just recorded film and it showed the image with lines (wide lines) and a sound like a humming.

a friend of mine told me to rewind and forward completely the tape. Twice. It worked, however when I played again, later just for few secounds the failure appeared again, and then dissapeared. don't know it it's the camera, dirty heads, the motor, etc.

Does anyone have experience with this troubles? any tip before i go to repair it?
