Out Of The Cradle liner notes questions

[gldstwmn]

So I was uploading Out Of The Cradle to my itunes today and I was reading through the liner notes. I never realized Bob Aguirre cowrote Say We'll Meet Again. Also, All Of My Sorrows has no copyright or author info? Walter Egan is credited with "woodcuts." What the hell is that?
It's interesting to note that Chris Lord-Alge mixed Out Of The Cradle. Wasn't Lindsey vehemently opposed to Lord-Alge mixing Say You Will? Why could that be? Out Of The Cradle was considered a critical but not commercial success. Lindsey has said this is what he considers most important.
OOTC was co-produced by Richard Dashut. Where is Richard these days?
Lastly, the photo of the Walt Whitman poem Out Of The Cradle Endlessly Rocking is written in longhand that looks like Stevie's handwriting.
