Gypsy '97 demo question...

Has anyone heard the demo version of "Gypsy"? I just wondered because it sounds like the version on "The Dance" but with just Stevie's vocal...The guitar is definately Lindsey, Is this demo version from a rehearsal or some radio broadcast?...Brian
