I am at...
the heaviest weight in my life, 247lbs (But I am 6'-2").
Had a doctor's appt. today about other health issues and my Dr. recommends that I need to lose a few pounds, So I am going to cut back on the lil' sweet stuff that I eat now (Not a candy/sweet freak...Nor do I like chocolate) and drink more water. As soon as the weather becomes reasonable (Whenever it is finally no longer 100+ degrees) & I get my ongoing headaches minimized I will start my long walking exercise up once again (Used to average nearly 5 miles a day).
