Hair salon

Has anyone here been to a Regis Salon? Are they okay? I'm going next Thursday to get my hair cut and maybe highlighted.

Also, is going to a salon any better than going to Great Clips? Are they really better and more experienced? I've only been to a salon once and paid about $55 for a cut/style. That was a few years ago.

I can probably highlight my own hair since it grows super fast, but I definitely wanna get it cut again.
