I never liked my looks when I was growing up, but I think my face has some character now that I've gotten older, with the laugh lines, etc.
Currently, I'm not wild about my waistline, but at this moment I'm also not willing to do the exercising to fix that. Still, I'd rather do it myself the old-fashioned way, than have lipo. How ever old I ultimately live to be, I'm sure I'll be content with looking my age... so no cosmetic surgery for me.
