Question About "Outside The Rain"

[foxyluva]

I love love love this song, but I have been wondering lately why this has been performed steadily in most of stevie's solo tours.

What on earth from the millions of songs Stevie has made this one be performed so many times?? I mean, it wasn't even a single... Does it hold a special meaning for her?? I can understand why songs like "Dreams", "Rhiannon" & "Stand Back" are performed on most tours, but why this song is always performed as got me baffled

Just curious...
