Mirage DVD

Okay, I'm sure this has been discussed ad nauseum, but what's up with the Mirage concert DVD being sold on Amazon? First of all, it's ridiculously expensive and obviously it's some kind of bootleg (note the Behind The Mask cover) but has anyone bought it? And more importantly, how is it possible to sell bootlegs on Amazon? Am I just naive?

.

Thanks!
