Plastic Surgery Harms Voice?

So, I'm in the works for a nose job and heard recently that it could change the tonality, quality and a slew of other things about my voice. Not that I expect to be discovered or anything, but I really don't want my voice harmed in any way b/c of the nose job (just in case)

. Anyone got facts or opinions on this?
