Golabki (pronounced guh-woomp-key) is pigs in the blanket - beef,rice & spice mixture wrapped in cabbage leaves & baked in tomato sauce or soup (we use condensed tomato soup and do them in the pressure cooker.)

Pierogi are like big raviolis, but the dough tastes a bit different. They're filled with farmer's cheese, mashed potatoes or kraut. You boil them & fry them in butter with onions. I've never made them from scratch, they're a b*tch & it takes all day.

Lazy pierogi is rotini noodles with kraut, mushrooms, fried onions & pieces of fried bacon mixed in it. Some people use cream of mushoom soup in it, but we prefer some bacon grease & a touch of kraut juice. Mmmmmmmmm....
