Australian terror attack thwarted

This has been all over the news this morning and yesterday evening. I heard they arrested a bunch of people in Sydney and Melbourne who were on the verge of a MAJOR attack

Good for the Australian authorities that they were able to stop this before anyone was hurt

I just wonder what places and things they were planning to attack?
