I suppose we should give them credit for that, at least; that's a skill in itself, to be able not to get bored out of their skulls after five shows.

Country band Alabama used to let the entire audience submit request cards to the ushers(there was a card on every seat in the venue). All requests were in a big barrel, and in the middle of the show, they'd pull 3(if memory serves) requests, and do them, no matter what the song(I'm sure it had to be one of their songs).

Oh man, how exciting.
