Really? I hear they're pretty expensive. But you can use them for years, I guess. A friend of mine did light therapy last winter, she did feel a lot better. Actually, the results of light therapy are very high!
I don't know if I'll do that. Some years it's better than others.. but it's always been there.

What you said about right wing parties, lately that has been bringing me to tears very easily. I get so frustrated when I cannot communicate the truth to people. It's making me sad as I type.

Going to get my car and it is not there because it has been towed.

The fact that the things that depress me are trivial compared to others' real problems depresses me.

Children/animal neglect and cruelty.

Ouch, there's something else that's familiar.
Next year there will be some changes in our health care system which means I'll have to pay a lot more. I don't know how I'm going to do that. That stuff makes me depressed as well.
