I just bought Bella Donna, and...
Well, I'm not really dissapointed, but I am feeling a bit confused
. I've probably heard SDMHA, Eo17, and Leather and Lace a hundred times before, and really liked The Highwayman, Bella Donna, and ATGF the first time, but I'm sort of undecided about the other four songs. It usually takes me a few good listens before I can appreciate most music. Heck, I had to listen to to Tusk in its entirety eight times before I really "got it". I just hope this album grows on me soon. Guess its back to Mystery to Me for a little while. Oh, and BD could really use a good remastering job. Didn't this CD come out in 1984?
