How do I get a picture on my signature??

I have spent way, way too many hours trying to figure this out.
I want to use a picture that I have in my computer for the bottom of my signature............................................................................
How can I do this????

ANY help will be rewarded with wishes of happiness and joy

The always computer idiot,
