Insomnia anyone?

Alright, last night I didn't get to bed before 6 30 am, and I was only able to sleep until 10. Now tonight, I'm too excited about seeing Stevie again to sleep

Seriously, though, it's 7 am now, and I was wondering if anyone had any tips to cure insomnia short of a sleeping pill? * I hate taking medication *
