Poster Framing Advice

I was just curious how everyone usually frames their promo posters, handbills, and other stuff. I have a poster that I want to frame, but I'm not sure if I should do it myself or take it to get it done professionally I could mount it myself, but I'm afraid I would ruin it.... plus I paid alot for it and I want to keep it looking nice. I also learned my lesson from the past two years at school, not to use that wall putty crap! It totally trashed my Beatles 'Abbey Road' poster
