I just thought about this the other day, and I feel it needs to be said. Having not been able to see Fleetwood Mac live on either the Tusk or Mirage tours, ("Too Young" my mother said
) and on TITN Didnt have the money, BTM missed out on tickets cause show was sold out, I did not have the chance to see Fleetwood Mac live until the Dance tour. I still remember driving 700 miles from Minneapolis to Cincinnati for my first show, and the four after that I saw on the Dance Tour. Detroit, INdianapolis, Mineapolis, and Fargo. Then on SYW, I was lucky enough to have saved up some money over the years, and I was lucky enough to be able to go to 35 shows over 2003-2004. I remember thinking at the last show in Detroit on 9-14-04 about how incredibly luck I and all other Fleetwood Mac fans were that we were able to enjoy those incredible 2 years. The simple fact that they all are still in great health, and now them seem to be getting along better thatn ever, I think we all could take a lesson from that. I know I can. I am just so grateful to all members of Fleetwood Mac for giving me the best 18 months ride I;ve ever had. Thanks guys."And he was just like a great dark wing....." |
