Annoying people at work...

I have to tell you what Blurt did yesterday, the guy who stole my promotion. He took some memory out of a woman's computer here a few days ago. She asked him if she could have it because she needed it but would give it back when she was done. He said he needed it for next week and no she couldn't have it. So she went and asked another guy we work with if he had any memory because Blurt wouldn't give hers back. He said he didn't and why wouldn't Blurt just give it to her. Then my boss said, "Just give it to her!" Someone from outside the department even came over and said, "Is there a problem?". So he finally said "I'm sorry, I'm being difficult." WTF??
