It would really be helpful to me to know about more foodstuffs & if possible where to order them.

The foodstuffs I want to share this morning is the Frontier Flapjack & Waffle Mix by Kodiak Cakes (Baker Mills). You can visit these flapjack mukers at www.kodiakcakes.com

Baker Mills seeks to "restore the flapjack tradition" as gastronomized by the hearty mainstay of our pioneers, mountain men & rugged individualists, from the rocky mountains to the high sierras to the frigid Yukon to the wilds of the Alaskan tundra. The traditional flapjack combined the rich, substantial taste of whole grain wheat with the light, mellow flavor of whole grain oats.

A powerful source of flavor, carbohydrates, protein & fiber!! No cholesterol & no fat!!
