"New Stevie Nicks Songs" - Does anyone know what this is?

[Nixxxed]

I e-mailed the seller for a tracklist, but haven't heard back yet. Anyone have this or know what's on it? I'm dying to know!!!! I'm sure it's pre-SYW, but just wondering if it by chance had anything we haven't heard yet...
