Yeah, the corset was great, although the ribbons or whatever hanging across her skirt looked like she had just come inside from a game of flag football. But that's glam rock for ya -- and thank God.

At least they were having fun onstage, and sounded pretty good. Even though I don't like "Comfortably Numb", which I think they played cuz it was the one the Grammy folks nominated them for. I really like the rest of their album, though.

From their website:
"09.12.2004 - SCISSORS NOMINATED FOR A GRAMMY AWARD

WE KNEW THE GRAMMY COMMITTEE HAD SOME GOOD DRUGS, BUT THIS IS RIDICULOUS. THE SCISSORS HAVE BEEN NOMINATED FOR THEIR FIRST GRAMMY AWARD FOR BEST DANCE RECORDING FOR “COMFORTABLY NUMB.” OTHER NOMINEES INCLUDE KYLIE, THE CHEMS, BASEMENT JAXX AND BRITNEY. WATCH THE CEREMONY ON CBS ON FEBRUARY 13TH TO SEE IF THEY WIN."
