I thought this was pretty amusing....
From the Associated Press..... WASHINGTON (AP) _ The New Yorker who helped write the 1970s hit ``Still the One'' is telling President Bush to stop using the tune at campaign events. John Hall of the band Orleans says he's no fan of the Republican incumbent and the campaign never got permission to use the song. Hall, a former Democratic county legislator in Dutchess County, co-wrote ``Still the One'' and recorded it with Orleans in 1976. The pop tune was played at Bush events yesterday and again today to open and close a rally for the president in New Hampshire. The 56-year-old Hall says he and his bandmates are supporters of Democratic challenger John Kerry and don't want their work used to promote Bush's re-election. He says his lawyers are drafting a formal letter of complaint to the Bush campaign. There's been no response yet from the Republican camp to Hall's request.
