Ok, I'm not sure how many versions of "That's Alright" there are out there. From what I can tell, there are three versions out there. I think one is from the BN era. Stevie is singing pretty slow, her voice has a lower pitch with just guitar in the background, and I think I can hear Lindsey just a little bit in the background.
I think the second one is from the Mirage sessions. There is a drum beat, Stevie's voice is high pitched and Lindsey is singing harmony on certain parts. And, of course, there is the final album version. So can anyone tell me if these are the only versions out there? I absolutely love this song! It's definitely in my top 3 favorite Stevie Fleetwood Mac songs. I could listen to it forever and never get tired of it. Does anyone love this song as much as I do? I'm gonna throw in a poll as well: For those that have heard all versions, which one do you prefer? I prefer the Mirage sessions one. It's much more upbeat, Stevie's voice is much more twangy and powerful, and of course, I love the Lindsey harmony ![]() So what does everyone else think?
