Let's talk Springsteen (musically)

[EveryHour]

Since The Boss's anti-Bush tour is a hot topic right now, it's thrown me into Bruce Mode. What are some of your favorites? I'll be kicking myself later for stuff I'll foget, but here's what I can think of at the moment.....

Songs:
She's The One
The River
Hungry Heart
I'm On Fire
Adam Raised A Cain
Streets Of Fire
Sad Eyes
Human Touch
Ghost Of Tom Joad
If I Should Fall Behind (live w/ E Street Band)
The Fuse
Back In your Arms Again
Empty Sky
Tougher Than The Rest
Ain't Got You
Secret Garden (NOT the version with the Jerry Maguire overdubs...chee-zay!)
Streets Of Philadelphia
Straight Time
Born In The USA (solo acoustic version)
Cover Me (live)
Two Faces
No Surrender (especially live)
Thunder Road (any live version)
Two Hearts

Albums:
Darkness On The Edge Of Town
Tunnel Of Love
The Rising
(He also gets a big nod for awesome boxed sets: one of ten years of live performances including rare ones and I like many of the performances even better than the recorded versions, and one of three discs filled entirely with previously unreleased material )

Videos:
*I'm On Fire (heartbreakingly cute)
*War (could this possibly rock more?!)
*Fire (as a Nils Lofgren fan and a lover of Bruce's drama, what more could I ask for?!)
*Tougher Than The Rest (this KILLS me. One of my fave songs anyway, and then here's Patti and Bruce both wearing 1988-shiek bolo ties, failing an attmept to act professional onstage as they are falling madly in love. The passion in their eyes is heart-wrenching. Scandalous.)
*If I Should Fall Behind (incredible song, and I love seeing all of the band members do their parts...especially Nils and Patti)
*Murder Incorporated (love the gritty atmosphere)

Personal concert moments:
*2002: Getting to see all of those amazing songs from The Rising played live with Bruce's still-incredible energy, and him shocking me by playing Dancing In The Dark (it was awesome!)
*1999: Being introduced to If I Should Fall Behind (I was disappointed, though, that Patti had to miss this show for some reason)
*1996: Being 16 at a show on the solo acoustic tour and Bruce introducing Red Headed Woman as "a song about cunnilingus"...I was fine, but my Catholic mother was squirming in her chair! Also getting hear the acoustic version of Born In The USA for the first time.

Phew! Anyone else?
