Fanclub screwed up my Dallas tickets

[crystalline]

Well...it happened. Ordered my Dallas tickets via fanclub in March. I even got a confirmation with my row and seat numbers a couple of weeks later. I thought everything was going great...THEN...I last night I received an email from Fanfire saying that had credited my credit card for my ILLINOIS...YES, ILLINOIS TICKETS!!!!!!!!!!! Hello....never bought tickets to an Illinois show I live in Oklahoma for God's sakes! So I called them this morning...guess what, they SCREWED UP!!!! They actually refunded my money for the TEXAS show. Of course I got someone on the phone who couldn't help me whatsoever and wanted to take my name blah blah blah and have a supervisor call me back...NO THANKS! So while I was on the phone with Fanfire, I pulled up ticketmaster and was able to get sixth row tickets on Lindsey's side. So I told Fanfire to @#%$#$@. And now, once again I have tickets to the show via TICKETMASTER. And don't get me wrong, I am VERY happy that I was able to score good seats, but I'm really more of a Stevie/John McVie fan, so I am still a little disappointed because my seats thru fanfire were 10th row on Stevie's side. But I am still totally pumped that I have great seats to the show. I am just disappointed in myself that I had the "sheep mentality" and blindly followed the stupid club and got burned.
