Are/were you a backpacker???

[Villavic]

It's high season for travelers in Peru (I mean in the Andes, the mountains, not the beaches).

Lima is full of gringos again. (hope you know the meaning of green-go) Most of them backpackers spending few days in the coast capital waiting to take the bus or plane to the mountains.

I remember the last time I went to Cusco and did the Inca trail. Lot of travelers (not tourists, there's a difference!!) from the whole world. Europe (all countries), Israel, North, South and Central America, Australia, Malaysia, Thailand, Japan, etc..

Did/Do you like to trave as backpacker? Or are you a more formal traveler?
