Also dislike yardwork, but am getting used to it. What I really need are the following - a new sprinkler system, a good gardener, and a friggin maid.

I'm low maintenance. Just get me the maid. And she doesn't even have to frig.
No yard here, so no yardwork, pool maintenance, or sprinklers.
