Got A Hold On Me (GAHOM?:P) Piano-resembling LP

Was in an LP store today with Lux and found a batch of Christine solo LPs, including one where the vinyl itself was coloured and painted like a piano, white and black. Its hard to describe. Anyone seen it before? I looked in the Penguin singles discography but no luck. I wanted it cause it was so bizarre, but at $A30 I had to pass.
