Is this Stevie or just a tribute?

I was searching ebay today and came across this item and the little song clip that plays when you open the page. At first I didn't think it sounded like Stevie, and the background vocals don't sound like Lindsey and Chris for sure, but as I listened to the voice a little more, I did notice that it was indeed very powerful... and maybe kinda does sound like Stevie. I think I need a second opinion...

"Lindsey and I were as close to married as I'll probably ever be. I took care of him, I cooked for him, I ironed his jeans, I adored him."

"Quite frankly, I think I can presume on Stevie's behalf that she wasn't too sad seeing Lindsey go."

I love this band.
