Gold Dust Woman from Manchester '90 show. Very interesting.
I was listening to this concert today. Its from the Behind the Mask tour in Manchester on 8/25/90. Anyway when Stevie sings Gold Dust Woman she sings....."take your silver SPRINGS and dig your grave." I thought that was kinda interesting.
Wasn't this around the time Mick wouldn't give Stevie Silver Springs to put on Timespace? Do you think it could be a jab at Mick basicially saying "ok, take Silver Springs, but I'm leaving so now you can dig your grave because FM will be nothing without me." Or do you just think she messed up? I don't think she did considering she hadn't done Silver Springs live since the 70s. Pretty interesting, nonetheless.
