like most of us, i really have no clue and can just speculate - but a lot of it can be possibly explained by stuff like the quotes jenniferuk pasted below - their business moved on, with all separate managers and handlers, and some of these listed people started working in different directions (Keith Olsen comes to mind). people have their own lives and pursue different things; but i do know that John Courage for example has recently hung out a lot with the band while they were in the UK.

also, some band members seem to have more affinity for a large entourage that hasn't changed for decades while others seem to move on with their lives, and while still having the perks of rich and famous maybe live more family-oriented, down to earth and less glamorous lives.
