The New Album Thread

Carson Daly www.nbc.com/last-call-with-carson-daly
from last night's show Carson is reporting that the first song
for the new Fleetwood Mac album is completed.

Mentioned only, not played over end credits. You have
to go to the website to see the lyrics. I copied them before
they were taken down.

It's new to me. At least I've never heard her sing it before.

Walking In The Shadows

I know you're a lonely man and I love you
Someone else is waiting and she owns you
If she should ever wake up, be sure your story is straight love

If you talk in your sleep don't mention my name
If you walk in your sleep, forget where you came

Walking every night here in the shadows
So afraid that sometimes you may follow
There's always a chance she'll find us
So I don't need to remind you...

If you talk in your sleep don't mention my name
If you walk in your sleep, forget where you came

Love is so much sweeter when it's borrowed
I'll feel a little easier tomorrow
Don't give our secret away
Be careful of what you say

If you talk in your sleep don't mention my name
If you walk in your sleep, forget where you came

Forget where you came now
Don't mention my name

Forget where you came

That has to have been written during or after Say You Will
if that's about Lindsey. Sometime in that past ten years or
so.

There's certainly no beating around the bush in that song.
Direct and to the point. Very bold for Stevie, especially
considering the circumstances.

Someone find out when it was written.
