And yes my feeling was that Lindsey's interview happened later than Mick's. I also thought that some of Christine's could have been recorded more recently, as she mentioned how wonderful it felt on the stage.

I think Christine was referring to Hawaii regarding how she enjoyed being on stage again. I believe her interview was done in late August, around the time she did that Ken Bruce interview. Johnny Walker also mentioned that her interview was done before the London shows. Lindsey's interview seems to be very recent, after Mick's interview.
