Ok, my question is either odd or it's already been discussed, but either way, I have to ask...what the hell does Stevie wear around her waist/upper hip area, underneath her skirts? I saw some ad like piece about an under garment worn by the old west women with shorter skirts than the full long gown like dresses...that gave the look of what I see. Really? Why? It goes along with the red cape for Sara on the SYW tour? She is so little and I actually like her stage outfit, she looks cute in it, so why, why, why? Or God forbid, it's just her, but I don't think so? Anyone ?
