Fleetwood Mac Australian Tour Dates Expected Very Soon

A cryptic post on Facebook by touring giants Live Nation has alluded to some exciting news that is likely to do with Fleetwood Mac touring Australia. According to the post Live Nation has some news they’re “bursting” to tell us with more information to be revealed tomorrow.

Along with the vague message is a pixelated image. It appears to be little more than blocks of reds, greys, whites and blacks but a Faster Louder forum member thinks they have deciphered the image. With the help of some photoshopping the image is revealed to be the cover of Fleetwood Mac’s recently released EP, Extended Play.

Last December Fleetwood Mac member Steve Nicks told Rolling Stone that the band’s reunion tour would find its way to Australia for a possible 15 shows:

“If everything goes well, we’ll be in Europe doing festivals this summer… Then we’ll actually tour Europe, which is different than just doing festivals. Then we might do fifteen or so shows in Australia.”

All that’s left is for Live Nation to announce the official dates and ticket sales. Now we play the waiting game…
