Can anyone fill me in on how these work? Do I have to pay with an AMEX?

Also, I can't seem to find where it lists which specific seats I'm getting, when I select Best Available on the Rose Garden website.

Any other West-Coasters/Oregonians, let's get together and have a shroomy time for this show.
