Are you like me in the sense that you categorise your albums and music by moments in time/seasons/time of the day/weather etc? I have always had this habit. For example, I simply CANNOT listen to Silver Springs unless it's raining buckets (especially if I'm walking in the rain), because I know this is when this song is at its most sublime. Nick Drake I listen to in the dark. I once went on a long walk in the dark with Nick Drake playing. There were neon lights everywhere, people rushing by living their lives and autumn in the air. I was in sheer bliss. You and I Part 1 I must listen to while on the bus in the dark. Gah...Alot of my music is dark time music, lol. I have different categories in my iPod for when to listen to music. "Rain Music, Sunshine, Having a Good Day, Getting my weepies out through music rather than crying, Meditation, Walking in the Woods etc". I love having moments where simply perfect music for it is playing. It just enhances every experience.

Ha, funny, i can't listen to that song unless it's sunny! Oh well. (it says "Springs" in the title for God's sake )
